2020 vs 2016/2024. The answer is quite simple...

In 2016 and 2024, the Dems picked a candidate that was not seen as "working class" friendly. In 2020, they picked a lifelong union hack in Biden. It is not hard to figure out why Trump won the "Blue Wall" states in '16 and '24.

It will be interesting to see how the Democrats adapt. The Obama era is now over. They will have to start fresh and move away from the hard-Left Progressives and back to Blue Dog(ish) moderates, which actually align more with Trump's policies, considering he was a Democrat until he decided he wasn't. They will also have to reconsider their immigration policies; They had been banking on a growing Latino vote going their way. This just isn't going to happen.

Kamala is just a horrible candidate. Dems dropped the ball every step of the way.

They were told for years that Joe was cognitively impaired and didnt listen until it was way too late.

They HAVE to go back to the working class party instead of the identity coalition. It’s their only option. As Hispanics become more entrenched and successful here they will only vote more and more conservative.

They can't get a 'moderate' through the dem primary process unless they rig it. Their base is too nuts to vote for a working class male as the nominee in a fair primary process.

I was never one that believed 2020 was stolen, but after last night, I 100% think it was. Even though Trump won, the Dems have a lot of explaining to do in some overnight races.

All that’s left is the identity coalition who detest the working class. They’ll gleefully drive the party over a cliff before they pursue those rubes

Then they should rig it. They’ve done it plenty of times before.
