Why do certain counties always come in late?

For example; Dade and Browered, Fl always come in later than the panhandle yet they close an hour a head of the panhandle. It's not like they are hand counting the votes. Read the numbers on the box and report; unless you need to know how many to report before reporting.

Incompetent people running the polls in those areas. McDonald's workers can only count so fast.
