He might leave her "alone" but Gowdy and Chaffetz want her arse in prison. They won't have a DOJ standing in the way of that.

Additionally, if the reports are true about multiple congressman/senators being involved in the Lolita Express stuff, that has to be pursued. We want to drain the swamp. That includes hrc, bo, podesta and anyone else with dirt on their hands.

The public has been Hillary's judge and jury. Yesterday's vote found her guilty and unfit to serve as President. She's been denied the position she thought she deserved for the past 8 years.
