something not being talked about much.

Ronnie, Bill, GWB, and Obama are all charismatic & the kind most just "liked" as people. HW Bush not as much but Dukakis came off like a doofus & his debate answer on rape was political suicide. Carter widely viewed as a good southern christian while Ford was fairly aloof.

While Trump is very disliked by many, he does have a lot of funny, off the cuff moments and speaks like the average American. Hillary just could not connect to people on a human level and IMO is as responsible as anything for her loss.

I think it's easier to connect to the blue collar workers in the rust belt when you've spent your life building things. Your average politicians who've only known a life in govt know nothing about what it means to build something with your hands. There is pride in that kind of work.

She hadn't driven a car in 20 years. She was wealthy and privileged because of political power alone.

Hillary is a lying, corrupt, felonious megalomaniac that placed herself and those around her above the law. That's why she lost.
