Despite what the polls say I still think immigration galvanized people to support Trump. People don't like to talk about it because they are afraid of being chastised as a xenophobe or racists so I think the issue of immigration doesn't poll well...no one wants to admit it. But just in terms of jobs, law and order, terrorism, drugs, crime, national sovereignty and social welfare immigration is a key issue for Trump supporters. Managing immigration at sane levels solves a lot of problems.

Well sure. And whether someone is dumb or not in my opinion, is not indicative of their worth anyway. Plenty of good people worship the ground Trump walks on right now, and make outlandish statements, but truly think what they're doing is for the best.

Dude I extended so many olive branches, particularly toward you and you brushed me off as a Trumpkin bumbkin and scoffed at the ideal that anyone actually supported Trump for any reason other than Hillary fear/hate (your reason) or that they were stupid...

This just did not happen. That said, it's totally possible I was rude to you at times, though I doubt it was unprovoked. I seem to recall you going days/weeks on end claiming I was some sort of SJW.
But regardless, I have no ill will toward you and I hope post-campaign there will be a lot more opportunity to substantively discuss the stuff I find most fun - cabinet choices, policy objectives, imaging, etc. with less bitterness from everyone (me included).
