even if he publically refuses to board the train?

I suspect he may want to ride for a while even if it means meeting the train at a remote country crossing in the middle of the night.

I like John King.

The trump train is open to all. Who are we to decide who can/can't get in this train?

We absolutely can decide. For example, the doors to the train have been locked to Megyn Kelly. If she sneaks on board, security has been advised to immediately c_unt punt her off.

which was surprisingly refreshing on election night. His professionalism somehow drowned out Van Jones' unprofessionalism...which was EXCELLENT!
