Barack won't have a legacy at all. Everything he worked to "fundamentally change" is getting thrown in the trash, and rightfully so.

As often as Obama referenced being left with Bush' mess, that had to do with policies in place before bush, that had to do with policies in place before those policies.
In all honesty I wish no president blamed former leadership for problems. You know exactly what you are inheriting in the Oval Office, legal implications of 40+ Administrations all doing what they saw fit at the time.
