Big business isn't ready to give up the trade deals and the cheap labor. He's got a mandate, but I don't know if he has enough unified Republican support to implement it, especially with the amount of money on the line.

I wish him well because I want America to succeed regardless of who is President, but I think he's going to run into more roadblocks than some are anticipating. Even ole Hope and Change turned out to be a warmonger with Gitmo still open due to the massive bureaucratic inertia that is the federal government.

After what I've just witnessed last night, I am never doubting this man again.

Indeed, but now the establishment is in fear. They just witnessed the deplorable rise up. He also isn't like most so he wont be afraid to smash them in public. Also remember he can provide better deals

True, but we still have a system of government and laws by which he has to work within. A campaign is a much more wide open landscape to shape to your own desires, but I do think he has harnessed an incredible energy in this country. What that end result turns out to be is anyone's guess right now, but he absolutely slayed Goliath.

Righting this economy in relation to realistic Global trade dynamics, won't be easy, bd. I know that there are smart people up there - not Marxist/Egalitarian Ideologues - who can help. They'll rally to the cause. Because if all that Red don't get served...there will be real trouble.

Here is what Trump does have; He has the bully pulpit of the White House, and who doesn't think he will publicly shame Republicans into doing what he wants if they don't tow the line?

I agree. This is just the beginning of the fight. But Trump doesn't owe any of them anything and he's not looking for a plum lobbying job when he's done.

I love it - He has to make a deal. No more grid lock party line BS. I hope it breaks it down, and works both side of the isle.

I hope the GOP and Democrats Die. I don't identify as either.

This. That Map is heavy RED. Dems in those areas are going to be hard-pressed as never before to abandon the Party Line.
