Yes, for the most part. However those are less populated counties.
Allegheny County (Pittsburg) is 56.5% Clinton currently and 39.9% Trump with close to 12,000 votes outstanding.
Bucks County is Clinton 48.5%, Trump 47.8% (50/50) with just under 45,000 votes outstanding.
It's just literally too close to call!

Trump's lead in AK is really big. With AZ and ME-2, he wins the POTUS. He may win without MI or PA...nobody could have predicted this!

I will be pretty surprised if trump doesn't win PA at this point. Only question is will it be within the .5% MOE that will trigger an auto recount
