I tend to consider myself addicted, but then sometimes I’ll go a day without it and hardly notice.
In the past I would routinely hit 900mg - 1g a day. I think my norm now is about 400-500mg a day. I try to keep myself under 600mg a day. That number isn’t really based on anything, just a number I set for myself that seems to work.

I love coffee . Almost a substitute for beer. Love I work a heart breakfast. I have 5 cups

I might go over that number every once in a while. Usually if I go over, I feel like shite. I Try to keep it around 600-900 mg
