Yes - clinical depression & severe anxiety for 40+ years..Severe childhood trauma. Ive been doing ketamine therapy at a local clinic. It has helped some but still not much relief.

You need a psilocybin retreat.

In addition to calling your doctor try some B vitamins and get vitamin D levels checked.

Brain illness always finds a way to come out. Especially on social media.

Get outside and get some fresh air. Cut back drinking and make time to do fun things you used to enjoy.

Talk to friends and family about things. Don’t bottle it up.

1. I don’t care how much you eat. Eat cashews, Walnuts, Salmon, and grilled chicken.

2. Try to sleep at least 7-9 hours.

3. Get your testosterone level checked.
4. Take a good vitamin supplement with vitamin D3.

5. Aim for at least 45 minutes of direct sunlight most days. Especially during the late Fall and Winter.

6. See a medical doctor if you have trouble with suicidal thoughts or completing simple tasks.

7. Walk at least one mile each day. Climb 200 steps each day.

8. Reach out to relatives or friends.

These are all good, but none of them attempts to root out the causes of the depression.

Are you taking vitamin D? Exercise? I think we are all in a slump right now, esp since that idiot JBE put another 4 weeks on The mandate, even though none of us will Listen. But know you aren’t alone, make an apt with a dr that can do a full Panel of bloodwork, you may be deficient in something as simple as a nutrient aka vitamin. Also please check your insurance company and seek Individual counseling and remember every day is a new day, the sun will set and rise, make a decision each day to better yourself.
