Why does Biden continue to LIE about the vaccine?

I watched his speech. AGAIN, he said if you get the vaccine there's a TINY chance you'll get the virus but you won't get very sick, you won't be hospitalized, and you won't die. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! While statistically unlikely there ARE fully vaccinated people dying and on ventilators. Why doesn't he just tell the truth?

Pfizer and Moderna both stated from the get go that their vaccines were 94% effective against actual infection. so, 6 in 100 vaccinated can expect to get Covid. Hospitalizations are 97% unvaccinated; deaths are 99% unvaccinated. Departments of Health in Texas and Florida are confirming the same hospitalization and death statistics for the unvaccinated.

Right--I know this because I read and pay attention. He flat out said "You will not get very sick, you will not be hospitalized, and you will not die" I heard it with my own 2 ears....but this is a lie that some morons will believe.
