Need to buy a 75” and 55” smart tv’s for the office. Will mainly be using them for Microsoft Teams & Zoom calls, and the occasional visual aid for a board meeting.

What is my best bet?

I have been impressed with the hisense H65 75" android TV. Some of the reviews are off a bit because the bigger H65 TV's have better features than the smaller models tested. We paid around $600 for ours.

I bought a 75" TCL 6-series last July. They announced they were moving to the mini-LEDs for the 6-series about 2 months later.

Naturally, I was fricking pissed.

Fast forward to Friday night and my screen goes completely black. I have audio, but no video. I contact their customer service department and he walks me through some troubleshooting steps with no success. Still dark.

He sends me an email asking for my receipt and a photo of the TV so I comply.

I wake up to an email this morning and they are sending me a brand new 75" 6-series with the mini-LEDs because they no longer carry my 2019 model.

Did you have a warranty or was it because it was under a year old?

Just the one year manufacturer warranty. I didn't buy anything.

What exactly do you mean by "smart" tv? What features do you need it to have?

Vizio used to be the best value brand available, but that was 5 years ago or so. Not sure if that's still true or not.
