VRBO listing requiring prepayment

Looking at a rental 7 months from now.. The rental is ideal for our needs, but requires 100% prepayment. Is this normal?

Sometimes. Just depends on how the renter has it set up. Your $$ is safe on vrbo.

I've had popular requiring 100% upfront payment. Look at the refund schedule though.
