Not true! But there are enough thugs, such as Guice, Price, and Lewis, to make it appear as such.
They tend to have higher character than politicians.

Ray Rice was unlucky. The cameras were installed in elevators and over escalators because when people had lost their money in the casino, they would fake falls and injuries. I bet with no video evidence she says I hit him first and they move on.
