I will second both of these. High West actually has terrific food too. The space is limited so try and make a reservation. The Old Fashioneds are legit.
If you like beer, Wasatch Brewery has a location on the top end of Main Street with several different types of beers. We sat in there for a few hours trying different ones. It was great.
For steak, Prime Steakhouse and Piano Bar was awesome.

In addition to the High West restaurant that is to the right of the saloon from the street, they actually own/run a small place to the left called the Nelson Cottage. It’s the small blue building a couple of doors down.
Very, very good with a menu that changes weekly. Restaurant is only open a couple of days per week.
Highly recommend.
