He is the best position coach in the NFL. He is young. Intelligent. Diverse.

He wants to be an NFL DC. He might be next in line if Saleh leaves. Saleh might not get his opportunity this year. Teams want to hire offensive minds.

For him, it's a nice pay raise. And it's DC experience in the SEC.

I remember watching him play at Bama and for the Texans. Dude was a beast

Doesn't hurt to give him a call. Especially if Saleh is going to be there another year.

Everybody talks about Saleh for the Lions job.. but they are dome team. I'd hire an offensive mind to use that stadium to my advantage.

I'm not a "Give the job to Raymond" guy but if we're saying no to him because he's never called a play on defense before why are you bringing up Ryans?

DeMeco Ryans is coaching one of the groups in the NFL.

He is working under the best defensive coordinator in the NFL.

They call him a "sponge" for information. Ryans will be a head coach in the NFL.

He needs an opportunity.
