Price-wise, not much if any from what I can recall.
I think Gold used to give you replay access to all matches. Where Peacock just gives you Peacock matches I believe.
Either way, still a far cry from all matches being available for stream/replay with just a cable subscription from when NBCSN first started.

That was the first 2-3 seasons and was great
I had time Warner at the time and every Saturday channels would just pop up with every game that week
