That’s ironic considering that Linehan supposedly got the PGC job here to help seal this deal.

Doubtful. LSU has been Garrett's favorite for a long time. The only thing that would have kept Garrett from LSU was an overloaded QB room.

Maybe he was just insurance after losing out on Caleb Williams when Brady left. There’s been enough talk of this from people who know recruiting that I believe there’s some truth to it.
