Kiko Alonso is able to begin practicing after starting the season on PUP. His eventual return should help the defense.

Good. He's a damn solid player if healthy.

Gives us some much needed depth at LB. Baun is improving, but I don't trust him yet. Elliss & Robertson aren't legit depth either.

Hopefully, he comes back & plays like he did last year. He was our 2nd best LB last year.

Yeah I hope he’s back soon. Dude flies around. He will make some mistakes but he always brings the hammer.

The Saints also designated Ty Montgomery to return from injury.

Looks like we're finally about to get healthy.

Well Alex threw himself all around in 2018 looked good and got hurt.
Alex recovered threw himself all over the field and got hurt again in 2019.
Alex recovered again this year and has yet to throw himself all over the field.

You can't tell me he is not being more cautious and trying to finish a year upright for once.
Now is that going to hold off a healthy Kiko maybe not.
