This depends A LOT on your graphics card. If you have a semi recent Nvidia card like a GTX then you shouldn’t have any problems; just plug and play.

This shouldn't matter AT ALL if you are not gaming.

My office has 150 plus people in it, every single one with multiple monitors. Every single one on a Dell Latitude Laptop with Intel Graphics.

You are probably just unlucky and it happens to affect you.

48” ultra wide curved. Great decision. Don’t have the line down the middle anymore.

Dual 24s at work, dual 24s at home, with a laptop that I take back and forth. That way I'm always looking at the same screen area. I usually leave the laptop closed.

3 27s - was a pain to find a good stand to hold 3 of them, but worth.

35 inch ultrawide. Life-changing.

Supremely jealous. Me? 2x23.

Don't want to come across as high-minded, *BUT* if you spend even a moderate amount of time in front of a PC and don't have at least dual monitors, you need to take the plunge. It's hard to explain how much more efficient you become. You owe it to yourself.

I have a 32" 2160p monitor. I'm debating adding a second vs one of the 48/49" 1440p ultrawides. My current secondary monitor is garbage.

ETA: found a refurbished phillips 48" ultrawide with the pop-up webcam for ~$900 (reg $1400-1500). I pulled the trigger. I'm too damn impulsive with shite like that.
