IMO HZD was the better game that year and deserved GoTY.

agreed. after skyrim I see that an open world concept is still great with more structure on quests being pinged on on the world map.

Been awhile since BOTW but you had to obtain something to get the beeping noise to locate the shrines/dungeons.

BOTW needs weapons used more in dungeons like old Zelda throughout the game. And no breaking them. Also the making food dishes for stamina is ridiculous. Although in skyrim I have barely touched making things at the table potions. I just buy them all.

BOTW fire suit is lame and your weapons you forget to put away burning up. getting naked to avoid lightening is also lame.
