Does TSA destroy any non TSA locks just because?

I don’t use tsa locks on my gun case when I fly.

I’m sorry, I didn’t finish my thought, getting old.

I don’t use tsa locks and I’ve not had a problem yet. Now tsa agents and airline ticket counter agents aren’t always versed on their own agency policies. You can print them out, bring them with you, and show them their policy and they will still want to do it their way. Ultimately they can keep you (or your luggage) from boarding the plane, so it’s good to be flexible.

First time I used TSA locks the morons at MSY cut them and politely placed them in my bag.

Zip ties are now my go to if anything.
