Been on and off golfing for a few years, but recently had the itch to get back into it. I enjoy playing with my buddies, but man am I tired of being the worst golfer in the group. Never had a formal lesson, and am looking at finally getting some. I have watched some youtube videos, and I think they have helped some, but I really feel like I need some more individual instruction.

Just wanted to see if y'all had any specific instructors you've had good experiences with or heard good things about in the Baton Rouge area.

I'll second this one. I wasn't after a complete overhaul, just wanted tweaking. Chris got me right in about 15 minutes. Then spent the next 45 shooting the shite and hitting range balls.

What's wrong with him? So many downvotes. This board is so confusing and judgemental with their up/down votes that I don't know what is legit or not anymore.

This may be one of the least frequented boards and may have good general discussion overall, but it's still TD and people still vote based on the poster and not the post.
