For the most part yes. Then its stuff like this combined with what I heard about Maasons trainer being pro UGA and Foreman being 50/50 to UGA. Although I find it interesting who posted the video.

I think a player decommitted from Florida and committed to Tennessee (or maybe vice versa) when Smith was tweeting about overbearing fans and coaches. The coach of the school the player decommitted from was tweeting cryptic shite too and it seemed that that's what Smith was tweeting about.
Didn't seem LSU related at all.
