Chernobyl related question

This isn't specifically a book question, but it relates to a book. I enjoyed HBO's Chernobyl series and ended up purchasing Adam Higginbotham's Midnight in Chernobyl. It was fantastic; could not put it down. I highly recommend it. Anyway, it discusses the technical conference Valery Legasov attended in Vienna to present the USSR's position to the world. According to Higginbotham's book, Legasov spoke to six hundred experts and two hundred journalists for over 5 hours. This seems like something someone, somewhere would have videoed and subtitled and/or transcribed. I've searched YouTube. Does anyone have any thoughts on where I might find it? Oh, and to bring this back to books, read Higginbotham's work. You will not be disapointed.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question. But I too thought the book was exceptional. It is rife with haunting vignettes and tableaus. The scenes depicting the insidious and grotesque deterioration of the first responders at the special hospital in Moscow were particularly memorable.
