I sent in all docs last week, and have not heard a word from them. Yea I know the first batch of money they shitted on it.

Are they still playing games, and not supporting the program ?

There is no contact info on there web site application page.

Anybody have a response from Cap One ?

You should have heard word...even if they are using an online portal system for etrans submission...there are still automated prompts that should trigger an email to be sent to you.

I would call ASAP to confirm your application and that supporting docs are correct and have indeed been processed for submission or submitted.

Ha, they have no phone numbers and no active links on their applicaton site.................

Several areas it says to check back for status, but thats a crock of shite. There is no way to do so.

Man..hate to give bad advice, but if they can’t even assure that you are part of a file with reserved funding...I would start looking around to see if another bank can process. Bring funds to open an operating account and plead your case.

Get an application in with another bank before the funds are gone. Capital One doesn't care.

I know one person that got approved from Cap One.

Still waiting to hear for approval for my application. They have called me to clear some things up though.

Once again, any business owner that stays at the big banks after this kind of treatment is a glutton for punishment. Bank with a local bank where you are able to establish a relationship with an actual decision maker.

Switch to a local bank ASAP. Tried through cap one with no success as soon as they opened up online applications. switched right before second round funded and cashed the check this week

Numerous reports say Red River Bank and Neighbor's Federal CU were two of the most active PPP resources in BR.

But at this point I'm assuming all the SBA PPP money is probably already committed. If not, you'll be in queue behind a lot of applications no matter where you apply.

Nope. Have been getting same day confirmations from the SBA when we submit.

My advice is to seek out a local banker and chat over a cup of coffee (well, when businesses open back up). There is bound to be someone in banking you know via church, your kid’s school, family. Just talk and explain your business’s needs. Best way to do it. That way, they know you by name and will be positioned to help you right away when you need it.
