What countries are open and what aren't
Following the map is a country by country breakdown. For some it includes cruise ship welcome-ness and restrictions of tourists who may have visited other countries first.
I give no guarantees as to the accuracy, but it's more info than I've seen elsewhere.

No, you’re just a stupid a-hole.
The article does a great job of spelling out how each country’s immigration policy has responded. Not every country is festering with the virus, nor is everywhere in this country. Precautions can still be taken like in other things people want to do.
