Moss had an amazing championship game and a damn good playoff game. I'd like to see him back but the TE position has some players in line that should be damn good.

I would really like to see Chaisson on a 4-3 defense. He could really shine in my opinion. Moss too being Myles check down receiver and catching/blocking his way to a higher pick. Many times going to the NFL is a start the clock move by the player working towards the NEXT contract. In this case, both would be rewarded for staying another year

That's an interesting point considering some of the DL have been posting on twitter a desire for a move to 4-3. That may have been pitched to Chaisson to get him to stay.

Chaisson is not a 4-3 de.... When KC goes to the next level he will be a 3-4 OLB

would think they both declare this Sunday.

The Deadline is today. TIFWIW, somebody asked Todd McShay who’s one player he thought should go back to school out of all of the possible first rounders and he said Chaisson.

Power rushers have become more popular and valuable than speed rushers. So I can season a reason for Chaisson delay in announcement. If he comes back and have a double digit sack season, he’s probably looking at a top 5 pick. This year he’ll be late first early second.

yeah today is the deadline....

which is why we've seen seen such a rapid rush of these announcements with the pushed back date of the Championship Game, it delays all these things.

which is why the average LSU fan is freaking out over all of this....

A new Defense to learn has to be a negative for Chaisson.

No matter what choice he makes he will have to learn a new defense

If Chaisson leaves, we are really gonna need some young guys to step up in the LB corps.

It would seem a little weird to do that for Moss and Chaisson but not guys like Delpit and Jefferson.

It may just be a choice by the player. The others may have simply chosen not to do that and just go ahead and announce.

I'm not saying that it IS happening. Only that it MAY be happening.

Are either of them going to hold a press conference like Tua?

Maybe interrupt the POTUS today and announce?

I like going to class if it's something I'm interested in, which is most of the time.
I enjoy learning and bettering myself. But I also don't have the opp to go play a game for millions...

It really felt/sounded like Chaisson was coming back. But with Aranda leaving im not sure he does.

He apparently posted something on his Twitter account that made people think he might be coming back. The Tweet was deleted shortly after the news of Aranda leaving for Baylor was made public.

Aranda seems like the kind of guy who would've let his guys know that he was leaving for another job, so it's unlikely that Chaisson was blindsided by the announcement.

I’m sure moss will be right behind him. Can’t imagine him coming back with a new qb and new coach.

I think we’re okay espically if we go back to 4-3 which is going to be difficult for Apu Ika and Tyler Shelvin. But the rest of the guys so be fine.

It sounds cool and in the case of Chaisson it will work out pretty good.....my problem is guys like Malachi Dupre who up and leave and in 2-3 years are at Sam's asking you who you use for your Internet cable, etc.
