An EoS Fitness facility is opening up across from my current gym (Lifetime Fitness) in December. EoS Fitness clubs were formerly Gold's Gyms in AZ, CA, NV and UT. I love Lifetime but was just notified yesterday monthly dues are going from $99 to $109 monthly in November. EoS Fitness has introductory pricing where you can lock in as low as $10/monthly with no initiation fee and I did so yesterday (did the $15/mo. level with unlimited guest passes and a few other ammenties). The plan is to try EoS Fitness for a month or two and if I like it I will ditch LT, if not I will just keep both memberships and use both. EoS will obviously not have the ammenities of LT but I don't use most of those anyway, just free weights, some machines and cardio. I'm told they will have primarily Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment so good stuff. Sounds like a no-brainer but wondering if anyone here is a member and how they like it? It really sounds too good to be true.

I loved EOS when I lived in vegas. They had better ameneties than 24 hour and all the equipment you might want. Oly lifting plates and platforms, boxing, crosstraining stuff, basketball courts, yoga studios, saunas, etc (just not all of them at every location)

I went to EoS when I visited family in Phoenix. It was a massive gym, but they must be pretty popular because there were a lot of people in there, even early in the AM.

Anyway, it was a great place to workout. Loved it.

Good feedback. Gym is on track to open Dec 15. I've referred 10 people to EoS so far and they have given me two years with the monthly membership waived (you get a year free for every five members you refer).
