Removal / Installation of downdraft range hoods

Looks like mine has finally went kaput.
36-inch. I'm currently researching replacement. I'd like to do it myself, however handy I am usually not.
What's all involved? Or would it be best to hire someone after I purchase online? Haven't checked YouTube, yet.

A little electrical work unless the old one is plugged in. Could be plug and play. Just take pictures as you rip things apart.

Current one is plugged in. I haven't looked in detail, but appears to be plug and play. Need to figure out how it is secured.
