Hi all,

Will be attending the Houston open on the Saturday 12th.

People that have attended: is it worth it to spend more to get into the corona cantina ($109)? Or did you enjoy it in general admission ($50)?
Both options do not include alcohol/food.

Where does the party people usually hang out?

This is my first time attending a golf tournament.

Thanks in advance

Mostly around the 18th and the 16th (the par 3 where they do the caddie races). We usually walk the course and following our favorite players so not too sure on the cantina

Should have gone on Friday for $1 hotdogs.

I’ve always enjoyed wandering the course more than hanging out in the pavilions. A good place to setup for a while is between the fairways of 3 and 11. You get to watch groups go by on both holes and a lot of players end up bailing out that way, away from the water in both holes, so you get to see some of them up close.

Party People hang out in the Skyboxes. Go with the General Admission. Also be sure to wear some comfortable walking shoes because the course layout is not spectator friendly.

Thought they were moving this tournament downtown Houston somewhere?

It will be at Memorial Park in 2020. Course reopens in October, and requires a year of sit in before it can host an event
