So I want to watch tv at the tailgate. Tested last week at the game and was able to stream games at my tailgate location. Was going to use the lightening to hdmi adapter to stream espn or psvue. neither worked. So...

1. Is there anyway around it? And dark web cheat?
2. What are the dish tailgating options? My SIL has dish so I can add it for $8 but what equipment do I need?

I appreciate the help. Wasn’t sure which board to post on. Tried the search but I’m trying to pull this off by Saturday.

If you want to go Dish, get the Tailgater. High initial expense but there isn't anything easier.

If you can turn your phone into a wifi hotspot, then you can get an Android TV box for about $60 and install the regular ESPN or psvue apps.

If you want to dish network route, get the tailgater dish with the wally receiver. We've been using the older tailgater that came with the vip211k receiver for 4 or 5 years probably. I usually activate the receiver on Friday or Saturday, then deactivate it on Saturday or Sunday and get charged about a quarter a day. $3.50 for the entire football season instead of $21.

I have AT&T unlimited so they won’t allow me to do a hotspot. That’s why I was looking at the hdmi adapter.

I don’t understand why they won’t support the adapter route. I’m already paying to what on my phone. What’s the difference if I put it on a bigger screen?

Good into on dish. Thanks

If you have ATT Unlimited you could get Directvnow/Att TV app. Streaming is data free. Use an HDMI adapter for TV and Boom! Always works on the LSU campus. Only time I've had trouble are big games, like 'Bama, Auburn when there are just a ton of people on campus.
