With the fall of tinypic I have attempted to resubmit my avi/sigs using IMGBB and Imgur both were rejected.

Imgur worked for me. Just upload it and then press the .... on the photo. From there press "get share links" and then copy the BBCode (forums). Paste that into your settings for your TD profile and then just remove the boxes that say [img] and [/img] from the link before you save.
