Replacing the doctors isn't crazy. The Saints did it a couple of years ago when they were having problems with injuries.
Actually a lot of pro franchises across all sports do this.
Not only do they bring in diff medical guys, but diff training staff that have new and diff ways to get the best out of them and limit injuries.

Been seeing him for ortho issues for years. Is widely recognized as THE shoulder specialist in BR.

Dr. Field is one of the best wing guys in the South. He has surgically reconstructed thousands of elbows and shoulders for athletes and non athletes. He is at the forefront of rehabilitation protocols and he’s also an advocate for methodically developing players to help reduce injuries. He’s a great one.
