Turn off notifications in Chrome, some websites ask for permission to display stuff like that

One of the websites you went to asked if you'd like notifications and you probably just accepted without reading.
Go to your Google Chrome settings (three dots on top right of Chrome then choose settings) then click advanced at the bottom. Under Privacy and Security, look for Site Settings. And under that look for Notifications. Then just remove any non Google one that you'll see there
