Mainline Brand Shower Faucets?

Anyone have any experience with Mainline brand faucets? Both of my showers have single handle Mainline faucets, and I believe the cartridge went out in our master shower. Looked up instructions on how to take it out thinking that I could switch it with the guest shower cartridge to isolate the problem. Long story short that didn't work and now it's broken.
Looking online and around local stores I understand Mainline is a commercial brand and I haven't seen anyone carry it anywhere.
Next step is to call a plumber. Any thoughts on what my options are outside of that? I'd like to fix it myself and feel a bit defeated at this point.

Check with LCR on Siegen Lane. I know they used to sell this brand. Not sure if they still do.
