I've had a similar situation. The gig I was talking to said bluntly "something screwed up, I don't know how to fix it, and I'll have to get back to you. He did but I truly appreciated him.tellkng months truth

I had that happen the other day. Tear them a new a-hole on the phone. The ghetto fab delivery driver didn’t want to sit in traffic so she marked the package undeliverable. My package was back in another van and delivered an hour later.

Last week I had a package "delivered" by them that never actually showed up.
Get you a Ring doorbell and record everyone that walks up.

This happened to me. Sent me a message that my package had been deliveted. I contacted Amazon and said there was no recording of an Amazon delivery driver that day and that I record everybody that walks up.

I received a call from Amazon, and received an apology, and my package was delivered the next day and Amazon gave me a $10 gift card on my account.

I had a $200 visa gift card stolen by driver(Gift for wife).

It was at warehouse, then out for delivery, then on schedule for late delivery, then package no where to be found on truck.

LOLOL

We have some shite hole company delivering for Amazon, i believe they are out of Tennessee or something. Drivers look like work release program employees, and they are horrible drivers.

So delivery drivers are outsourced to a third party? Delivery drivers are absolutely employees of Amazon. Just read the debacle that happened in BR because of the ineptitude of the people hired for this role.
