Am I missing something? But is Wade being brought in as a witness

He is not being accused of anything. He is a witness.

Correct. Neither Wade nor LSU have been formally accused of anything. Alleva is just THAT bad and THAT spineless.

He is a witness for the defense, not the prosecution. In this case, being a witness for the defense is supporting the fact that the coaches were willing participants in paying players.

You are missing the fact that the case in Federal court and potential NCAA recruiting violations are two different things.

Just to reinforce this. The FBI just fingered Creighton and TCU for Asst Coaches taking money from Dawkins. Theyre likely to be indicted.

Dawkins people subpoenaed Wade not the FBI
