If we can improve the defense then we can go all the way. Change my mind.

Yup. The free throw stats are still what stand out to me. How many close games would LSU have lost this year if they still shot around 65% like the last coach's teams always did? At least 4 or 5.

I think that our guard play overall is the key to how far we go. Mental maturation and shooting the 3 well consistently will be the key. I choose to believe it will happen

baseline inbounds play, will wade is second to none.

we've had NO trouble breaking presses all season, iirc.

zone slows lsu down just a little but, it's clear they know where to go and what to do. clearly well coached.

at least 1 tiger is always hustling down the court on defensive rebounds.

nobody outworks lsu on the offensive glass. it's a thing of beauty.

imo, the only thing that would pretty much guarantee a final four trip is a garrett temple lock down defender. that's about the only thing missing from this team. somebody who can shut down high level outside threats.

Skylar and Marlon may not be Temole, but they are pretty damn good defenders.

the last few games, skylar has been absolutely atrocious on defense. he can be much better than he's been playing. he's a fantastic bball player who just has something going on right now.

I'm going to stalk you until you stop posting this bullshite. It's a false narrative and it is making you look dumb as Hell. Just stop. Just because you're convinced of it, you're wrong. Simply put: You. Are. Wrong.
