Brand new phone (iPhone 8) was bought in November and already when I start up it shows a white screen with a black apple. It doesn’t get stuck on that screen and continues to start up correctly.

But isn’t that still a bad sign? All I can find on google is stuff about when that happens and gets stuck on that screen. Mine doesn’t get stuck though.

What can I do to fix this?

What seems to be the problem? The white screen only?

If the front of your phone is white that’s the normal startup screen. Black iPhones have the colors reversed.

Wow I’m a dummy then. Yes, the front of this phone is white and the others I’ve owned were all black. I guess I just never noticed before.

I’m dumb.

No worries. I’ve only owned black iPhones and had no clue the startup screen was different until my wife’s white iPhone was having issues so I forced a restart and saw that the screen was different than what I was used to seeing.
