Anybody have experience with this? I’ve been doing IF for a few months now and was kinda doing the Tom Brady diet. So the transition to Paleo from it isn’t insane, but no grains or complex carbs on IF is an adjustment. Just wondering what other who have done it for months at a time experience.

I've started intermittent fasting, I don't follow a strict diet just try to keep it at least fairly clean.

I still use my pre-workout or whatever before my early morning workouts but then try to keep my window of eating between noonish and 8pmish.

I dont do the combo per your post but just wanted to add .02.

Oh wow! I saw where you started the Steak and Eggs diet last February. You still running stony on that? Have you been doing it for almost a year now?

I’m bigger on IF than keto. Sometimes an apple/banana with peanut butter for breakfast sounds pretty damn good, even though it’s 60g carbs. Just keep carbs under 100g total for the day and 12 hour IF between last meal of prior day and first meal of current day. You will lose weight.

Good luck.
