Excel and Macro online training

I'm looking to gain proficiency in my Excel skills, including a better understanding of how I can use macros to manipulate and analyze data. I'm fairly proficient in excel, but do understand that there are a ton of features I may not be using. Does anyone have any recommendations of intermediate to advanced online classes that have worked for you or any colleagues (free or paid).
TIA
TIA

OTJ and Google/YouTube.
You need a basic understanding of logic/coding, but after that it’s just syntax. Start with a project or something you want to do with excel. Then stumble and work your way through it. A class isn’t really going to help IMO.

VBA for Dummies
First, you need something to apply it to. You will lose interest quick if you're just looking to learn things for the sake of learning.
FIgure out something you want to be done more efficiently/accurately, see if there's a way to do it, and learn it.

Taught myself VBA in about a month's time a few years back using excel-easy.com. Definitely comes in handy when having to handle large amounts of data.

Have you looked into R Programming by chance?
