Just go to a local trophy shop in your town

I’m really just looking for a base that can engrave the award name and the last year’s loser (myself) and I wanted to put my own custom item on top the base.

For the base, go to Home Depot and buy a square of wood that has the edge you want (usually 4" square or 6"square) that would be used to top a fence post on a deck.
Put a stain on it with a couple of coats of polyurethane.
Go to a trophy shop and tell them what you want on the label.
Assemble and mount your chosen item.
