How do y’all think the loss of Wayde Sims will effect the basketball season this year? Obviously the importance of the season compared to the loss of life isn’t comparable at all but I think it’s going to hurt losing such a valuable upperclassman leader and player for this team. On the other hand Wayde will be the 6th man on the court all year long. Either way..I’m looking forward to the season! I’ve missed a ton of game the past 7-8 years but I plan on having my arse in the seat a hell of a lot more this season. geaux Tigers and #forever44

Can’t wait for game one. I don’t think football season is over just yet but my excitement for basketball is through the roof.

"It hasn't really been brought up yet" bc it's only been 2 weeks since his murder.

Can you not wait a little longer before bringing this topic up? Have a little tact.
