An afternoon or two. Say 3-6 hours if you are really focused.
Paying someone? I've seen $0.15 - $0.20/sqft.
So, somewhere like $250-350 seems fair.

Buy, or rent a pressure washer and do it yourself.
I've pressure washed quite a few houses over the years and the first thing I do is get a gallon of Jo-Max, a gallon of bleach and a pump up sprayer. Fill the sprayer according to directions with the mix of the Jo-Max, bleach and water.
Spray that on a section and let it do it's thing for several minutes but not long enough to dry completely. Pressure wash that area and move on and repeat. It helps if one person is spraying from the pump sprayer and someone else is washing. Makes that go much faster with less stop and go.

Just buy a pressure washer. You can probably find a used one for 100 bucks
