Pitching talent evaluation

How does other teams have so much more quality pitching. Seems like every year the tigers have one top pitcher, a marginal #2, and then there's the rest of the guys. Are there no scholarships to offer? Who evaluates this talent, and what's at all special about Alan Dunn

LSU has typically had a top 3 staff in the SEC every year. Your entire post is wildly inaccurate

Pitching is terrible. Staff has given up 39 runs in the last four games.
