That is an impressive amount of ignorance. This is just one of the many reasons why gun laws shouldn't be enacted by people completely ignorant on the matter. It still doesn't top "Guam might tip over", but it is still stunning stupidity from a congresswoman that should be knowledgeable about the subject of a bill she is sponsoring.

So the number of high cap magazines will decrease dramatically over time because once people shoot the bullets, they won’t be able to use the magazines anymore.
