Better than Outback, Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse, but not on par with a Fleming’s or Ruth’s Chris.

I equate it to Texas RoadHouse, more or less.
Roadhouse has better sides and drinks, Saltgrass has better steaks.
Their 8-10oz sirloin lunch is a good deal, for a pretty solid chain steak.

Same, haven't been to the one on Acadian but had it a few times in Houston and it's solid for a chain place.

Tried to go in January. Apparently they changed to reservations only. All reviews said they didn't take reservations yet. So, if you dont want a potential 2+ hour wait, make a reservation to go.

Reservations only at Saltgrass? Geeze. It's a decent place for lunch, like others have said, pretty middle of the road.
