Why did we let Kansas sign two 4 star players from Louisiana?

And one happens to be a CB which is a huge position of need seeing how LSU is going into next season with only 4 CBs on scholarship.
And LSU missed out on 5 of the top 10 players from Louisiana this year. Why are so many people confident on here that Coach O will clean up on the top players from LA next year?

Corione Harris was the best DB I saw in 2016 too. Kid will start for a long time at Kansas.
